Demolition of the properties 65 to 83 Raglan Avenue has been completed in December 2022. The site has been secured via fencing and on-site surveillance. 

The former properties on the site were demolished back in November and December 2022. Since then, our environmental consultants have been on site doing environmental readings since January 2023. This includes drilling into the ground to take soil samples for a geotechnical and hydrogeological investigations. We are expecting their work to conclude by end of May. After that, we will be able to proceed to the shoring and excavation stages of the process.

You may have noticed that work has properly started on the site recently. We have received our geothermal drilling permit, and our geothermal contractors have commenced their investigation and preparation of the site for their equipment. The drilling is not expected to have any vibrational impact on the neighbouring properties, as the boreholes are very small (6” in diameter).
